Studio Pet Photography

F.A.Q.s

  • πŸ“ Location: our outdoor sessions take place outdoors, usually in a quiet space that best suits your dog’s personality. We’ll chat about that with you and decide on the best location before the session.

Vs our studio sessions take place at our home studio (OL10 4UZ)

πŸ’‘ Light: During our outdoor sessions, we use available natural light around us (we may add a little fill light in dark locations like woodland). Vs for our studio sessions, we use professional studio lighting

🏑 Space: Woods and fields offer your doggo huge areas to run and play. As our studio sessions take place in a studio environment, it’s a much smaller place, which is also why the sessions are shorter. Crazy doggos who are prone to unexpected bouts of zoomies usually prefer outdoor shoots, but we can chat about it before your session if you want to give studio sessions a go!

  • Why you don't have to worry about your dog not sitting still while we take lovely photographs during our outdoor pet photography sessions:

πŸ€ͺ Dogs are naturally active and curious animals. It's normal for them to want to explore their surroundings, especially when outdoors. Photos are more dynamic if dogs stand or even run like crazy. We’re not scared of zoomies!

πŸ€“ We have experience working with a variety of dogs, including those that may not be perfectly trained (with actually is probably a good 90% of them, including our own XD).

Just relax and let us capture your dog’s unique personality, regardless of their training level.

πŸͺ„ Your doggo can’t stay in one place? Not a problem! They can even be on the lead at all times if you think it’s safer for them. A little Photoshop magic, and voilà… lead gone!

  • Not at all!

They can even be on the lead at all times if you think it’s safer for them. A little Photoshop magic, and voilà… lead gone!

  • Most of the dogs we have photographed have been rescues. If your pet is really nervous, we can come directly to you so they remain in the comfort of their home. For dogs, we advise you book an outdoor shoot where we can take photographs during their walk so they can do what it is they normally do in an environment that’s familiar to them.

  • Absolutely! We even encourage you to have photographs taken with your best friend.

Most of us have hundreds (if not thousands) of images of our dog on our phone, but very few of us and our dog together!

  • Simply contact us telling us that's what you want to do and we'll do the rest! We can source some great birthday cakes and props for your dog to have a smashing day!

  • Yes, that is a thing, and it’s adorable! Just let us know before booking that’s what you’d like and we’ll discuss it all with you!

  • No problem at all! We have also photographed cats, rabbits, and even tarantulas, believe it or not! We might do things slightly differently to make sure your pet is comfortable at all times, but where there's a will, there's a way!

  • The more the merrier! The only thing to bear in mind is that the session will last the same amount of time, so you’ll just get fewer images of each of your doggo. But don’t worry, we’ll still make sure we capture stunning images of them all!

  • When you purchase our digital images, they come with a print release. This means you have the freedom to print and display your photos in any size and quantity you desire, without any additional fees!

    Benefits of a print release:

βœ”οΈ Unlimited prints: Print as many copies as you like, in any size.

βœ”οΈ Personal use: Use your images for personal projects, gifts, or home dΓ©cor.

βœ”οΈ High quality: Enjoy the best quality prints

Quality photography is an investment that lasts a lifetime.
