✨ What to expect when booking with us ✨

1. Contact us to book or ask us your questions

Contact us to book your session or for any question: email, call, text, Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram… we’re everywhere!

2. Tell us more about what you’re after

After you have contacted us to let us know what you are interested in, we’ll send you a Questionnaire by email asking you a few questions. This will help us pick the best photography session for you and make sure you get what you want out of your photoshoot.

Once you have decided on the type of photography session you’d like, we will send you a Quote for you to review.

3. Before your photography session

After you have accepted the Quote, we will send you a Contract explaining everything in detail. Nothing scary here, you can relax!

At this point, we will collect a 25% non-refundable retainer to secure your booking. If the session has to be moved for any reason, we will transfer that retainer, you won’t have to pay again.

4. At long last, your session!

Enjoy your photography session! We strive to make each session as relaxed and personalised as possible. We don’t like to rush and want to make sure we get what you’re after.

5. After your photography session

We will select the best images and edit them. At that point, we’ll ask you for the remaining 75% of the fee before we reveal your beautiful online gallery!

Once you have selected your products (digitals and/or physical), we will invoice you for the chosen products. Orders are only placed after they have been fully paid for.

We will deliver your products as quickly as we can and hope you love them as much as we love creating them.

Your happiness is our priority

We ask for a 25% deposit to secure your booking, but if you don’t like the photo previews we send you (thankfully it’s never happened!) we won’t ask you to pay the remaining 75%.

You just have to let us know after the shoot and after having seen your photo previews, but before placing any order.

Once you have ordered your products, we’ll ask you to pay the remaining 75% to confirm the order and you cannot claim your money back at this stage.
